The existing polymarble counter front at this popular McDonalds store was dated and in need of upgrading to a more contemporary feel. After removal of the ‘Golden Arches’ the existing frontage was cleaned.
Akril was cut to size and edge polished on site and installed directly onto the existing substrate using a combination of sign writers double sided tape and structural glazing silicon.
Because of Akril’s light weight no structural modifications, mechanical fixing or bracing where required.
Elapsed fabrication and installation time: 3 hours
